I bring extensive training in literary, community and emotional wellness, as well as lived experience with mental health. I am not a clinical therapist. This means our focus is on developing emotional awareness and connection through literature and media, rather than providing clinical psychological treatment. I maintain a strong network of referrals and will gladly connect you with clinical support if that would better serve your needs.
